AFC Energy, a leader in hydrogen power generation, has partnered with The Machinery Group LLC (TAMGO) to introduce its first 45kVA H-Power System in Saudi Arabia. This agreement marks a significant step in advancing zero-emission technologies in the region.
The 45kVA H-Power System features AFC Energy’s latest S Series 30kW fuel cell generator, a 45kWh battery energy storage system, and a hydrogen pressure reduction station. The system will undergo operational localization in Saudi Arabia, followed by pilot programs for clients transitioning to zero-emission solutions.
Rami Elayan, Chief Executive of TAMGO, expressed satisfaction with acquiring the new system. He emphasized that this move enhances their exclusive distributorship and aligns with Saudi Arabia’s vision for sustainable energy solutions.
Gary Bullard, CEO of AFC Energy, highlighted the progress made by TAMGO in the Saudi market. He noted that deploying the unit is a key milestone in their partnership, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 sustainability goals and expanding hydrogen fuel cell technology in the MENA region.
