GameChange Solar is set to double its manufacturing capacity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reaching 6 GW annually by September 2025, according to the company. This expansion will allow the facility to continue producing the advanced Genius Tracker™ systems, designed for large-scale solar projects.

The move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to position the Kingdom as a leader in renewable energy while requiring up to 70% local content in related industries. By increasing its output, GameChange Solar is reinforcing its commitment to local sourcing and supporting the country’s growing demand for solar energy solutions.

Jason Wang, Vice President – China & SEA at GameChange Solar, emphasized that this expansion is a response to rising demand and part of a long-term strategy to support Saudi Arabia’s energy goals. The Genius Tracker™ system, now in its tenth year, is engineered for durability and efficiency in desert environments and has been deployed in over 40 GW of projects across 26 countries.

GameChange Solar ranks as the third largest provider of solar tracker systems globally, having delivered more than 43 GW of technology for utility-scale and distributed solar projects.

Additionally, the HPS EnduraCoilTM Cast Resin Medium Voltage Transformer is highlighted for its robust design, regulatory compliance, and environmental benefits, making it suitable for demanding applications and offering enhanced safety and efficiency.
