NovaChargeX, a global clean energy company specializing in patented hybrid power systems, is expanding into Saudi Arabia after receiving the 2025 Clean Energy Innovation Award in the United States, according to Al Arabiya. The company plans to use the Kingdom as a primary base for its international growth strategy.
Founder, Chairman, and CEO Mike Yaqub said NovaChargeX intends to make Saudi Arabia a central hub for its clean energy operations. He added that the firm is in the process of registering a patent in the Kingdom, describing this step as a major milestone for the company.
As part of its entry into the market, NovaChargeX has formed a strategic partnership with Saudi businessman and investor Sheikh Hindi Falah al-Subaie. Yaqub said this alliance will help roll out NovaChargeX technology across the Middle East and strengthen the company’s regional presence.
Strategic Partnership and Vision 2030 Alignment
Sheikh Hindi Falah al-Subaie stated that the partnership aligns with Saudi Arabia’s ambition to become a global center for innovation and investment in clean energy. He emphasized that the collaboration supports the transition toward a more sustainable, technology-driven future.
According to company officials, the agreement is closely linked to the objectives of Vision 2030. They said the partnership advances goals such as expanding green energy infrastructure, enhancing sustainability, and promoting energy self-sufficiency, while further positioning Saudi Arabia as a leading destination for clean energy technology and investment.
NovaChargeX describes its patented hybrid system as capable of delivering continuous, 24/7 clean power, independent of weather or sunlight, as reported by Al Arabiya. The company says the system can achieve roughly double the efficiency of traditional solutions and is designed to scale from residential applications to large industrial projects.
