Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This agreement aims to establish a Joint Venture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

As a prominent manufacturer of electric vehicles, known for brands like ‘Joy e-bike’ and ‘Joy e-rik’, Wardwizard sold 1,195 electric two-wheelers in September 2024. During the first half of FY 2024-25, the company achieved sales of 7,201 units, spanning both high-speed and low-speed models.

The collaboration in Saudi Arabia will include the creation of two manufacturing facilities. These plants will assemble electric motorbikes, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, buses, and EV cells. This initiative highlights Wardwizard’s dedication to sustainable mobility solutions and represents a significant step in its global expansion strategy.
