GFH and GWC Boost Saudi Logistics

Enhancing infrastructure to align with Vision 2030 goals

GFH Financial Group, a prominent financial institution in the logistics sector, has partnered with Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) to enhance logistics infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. This collaboration involves developing 200,000 square meters of advanced logistics facilities in key cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.

Under the agreement, GFH will finance and manage the construction of these facilities, designed to meet GWC’s operational needs. GWC will lead the technical development and serve as the primary tenant. This initiative is part of GFH’s strategy to bolster Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector, aligning with Vision 2030 to diversify the economy and establish the country as a global logistics hub.

CEO of GFH Capital S.A., Mr. Razi Almerbati, stated, Our collaboration with GWC marks a significant step in advancing Saudi Arabia’s logistics infrastructure. He emphasized the combined strengths of both companies in solidifying Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional logistics leader.

Matthew Kearns, Deputy CEO at GWC, remarked that the partnership will provide tailored supply chain solutions, meeting the growing demand for high-quality logistics in Saudi Arabia and supporting the Kingdom’s 2030 vision. GWC will operate these facilities, integrating cutting-edge technologies and sustainability standards to optimize logistics operations.
