JD.com is expanding its logistics operations in Saudi Arabia by launching JoyExpress, a business-to-consumer express delivery service. This new offering will cover nearly all of the Kingdom’s 13 provinces, intensifying JD.com’s competition with Meituan and strengthening its presence in the Middle East, according to IndexBox Market Intelligence Platform.
JoyExpress will provide fast same-day and next-day deliveries for both local e-commerce platforms and traditional retailers.
