GFH Financial Group, a major player in the financial sector, has formed a strategic partnership with Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC), a leading logistics provider in the GCC. This collaboration aims to enhance GWC’s expansion efforts by developing 200,000 square meters of premium logistics facilities in Saudi Arabia’s key cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
As per the agreement, GFH will finance and manage the creation of these advanced logistics spaces, specifically designed to meet GWC’s operational needs. GWC will spearhead the technical development and will be the primary tenant once the facilities are ready. This partnership is aligned with GFH’s commitment to bolster Saudi Arabia’s logistics infrastructure, supporting the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 to diversify its economy and become a global logistics hub.
Razi Almerbati, CEO of GFH Capital, emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating, Our collaboration with GWC marks a significant step in advancing Saudi Arabia’s logistics infrastructure.
