Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – GFH Financial Group (GFH) has entered into a partnership with Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC), a prominent logistics provider in the GCC. This collaboration aims to develop 200,000 square meters of top-tier logistics facilities in key Saudi cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
GFH will finance and manage the creation of these advanced logistics spaces, which will be customized to GWC’s operational needs. GWC will handle the technical development and will become the main tenant upon completion. The facilities will be designed to optimize logistics and supply chain solutions, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goal of becoming a global logistics hub.
Razi Almerbati, CEO of GFH Capital, highlighted the importance of this venture, stating that it combines GFH’s financial expertise with GWC’s logistics capabilities to bolster Saudi Arabia’s logistics infrastructure.
Matthew Kearns, Deputy CEO at GWC, emphasized that this agreement will provide tailored supply chain solutions, meeting the rising demand for high-quality logistics services in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the Vision 2030 objectives.
The agreement outlines that GWC will operate the facilities, integrating advanced technologies and sustainability measures to maintain high industry standards. These facilities will enhance GWC’s logistics operations and contribute to the growth of the country’s logistics sector.
