GFH Financial Group has partnered with Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) to boost logistics infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. This collaboration involves the development of 200,000 square meters of advanced logistics facilities across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.
GFH will finance and manage the creation of these facilities, specifically designed to meet GWC’s operational needs. GWC will contribute its logistics expertise and will be the main tenant once the facilities are operational.
This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to diversify the economy and enhance the nation’s role as a global logistics hub. Razi Almerbati, CEO of GFH Capital, expressed confidence in reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s logistics leadership through this partnership.
Matthew Kearns, Deputy CEO at GWC, highlighted that this agreement will deliver customized supply chain solutions, addressing the growing demand for quality logistics in the Kingdom. The facilities will incorporate cutting-edge technologies and sustainability standards to support GWC’s expanding client base.
Ultimately, this collaboration is expected to boost GWC’s capability to efficiently manage logistics operations, thereby supporting both company growth and the enhancement of Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.
