Saudi Arabia’s mining giant, Ma’aden, is on a mission to expand its operations tenfold by 2040. A crucial part of this ambitious plan involves boosting the productivity and efficiency of its workforce.

To achieve this, Ma’aden has implemented advanced technological solutions like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the Azure OpenAI Service. These tools assist employees in performing daily tasks more efficiently by providing quick access to policy information, and aiding in drafting presentations, emails, and meeting minutes.

The impact has been significant, with users of Copilot experiencing a remarkable increase in productivity, saving up to 2,200 hours each month. This efficiency in tasks such as email drafting, document creation, and data analysis is propelling Ma’aden towards its growth objectives.
