GFH Financial Group has partnered with Gulf Warehousing Company to develop 200,000 square meters of advanced logistics facilities in Saudi Arabia’s key trade hubs: Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. This collaboration aims to bolster Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 by creating state-of-the-art logistics centers.

The project will see GFH financing and managing the construction of these facilities, which will be tailored to GWC’s specific needs. GWC will lead the technical development and become the main tenant, leveraging its expertise to ensure the logistics centers meet top client standards. These facilities will incorporate the latest technology and sustainable practices, setting a benchmark for logistics excellence in the region.
This initiative supports Saudi Arabia’s ambition to diversify its economy and establish itself as a global logistics powerhouse. The development will address the growing demand for premium logistics services and serve as a model for efficient and high-quality infrastructure.
