Agility and SAR Collaborate on Logistics Infrastructure Near Riyadh
Agility, a leader in supply chain services and infrastructure, has partnered with the Saudi Railway Company (SAR) to assess the need for new logistics facilities in Sudair City for Industry and Businesses and near King Khalid International Airport.
This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to transform the nation into a global logistics and trade hub through significant infrastructure investments.
Agility Vice Chairman, Tarek Sultan, emphasized Saudi Arabia’s rapid progress towards becoming a major trade and logistics center. He highlighted Agility’s longstanding commitment to the Saudi logistics sector, noting the company’s extensive experience and contributions to the Kingdom’s advanced logistics infrastructure.
Agility has been active in Saudi Arabia for over twenty years, developing logistics parks and warehousing in Riyadh and Dammam, with a new complex underway in Jeddah. The Riyadh Logistics Park features environmentally friendly buildings, the first in the GCC to receive EDGE Advanced certification.
