His Excellency Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, has officially opened the new Agility Logistics Park in Jeddah, a major private-sector project valued at SAR 611 million, according to the company. The development supports Saudi Arabia’s transport and logistics ambitions under Vision 2030.
The park covers a site of about 576,760 square meters and offers more than 338,000 square meters of built-up space, including six Grade-A warehouses built to international standards, according to the company. It is designed to serve key sectors such as retail, consumer goods, technology, automotive, energy, and e-commerce, meeting rising demand along the western trade corridor.
His Excellency Al-Jasser emphasized that these investments aim to build modern, high-quality logistics infrastructure that strengthens supply chains, supports data centers, and leverages artificial intelligence to boost business activity and investment. He added that such projects help create both direct and indirect employment and stimulate broader economic growth.
The minister underlined that close cooperation with private-sector partners remains central to the national transport and logistics strategy. The Jeddah park is expected to reinforce domestic supply chains and contribute to job creation as the sector develops.
Tarek Sultan, Chairman of Agility Global, described the Jeddah facility as part of the company’s long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia. He said the new Grade-A park is integrated with key trade routes, including the expanded Jeddah Islamic Port and the planned Saudi Landbridge, supporting efforts to strengthen global supply chains, improve efficiency, and enhance resilience.
The logistics park is located in Al Mahjar, around 11 kilometers from Jeddah Islamic Port and 15 kilometers from the city center, and has been designed to accommodate future digital infrastructure requirements, according to the company. Michel Saab, CEO of Agility Logistics Parks, said the facility will serve manufacturers, distributors, and e-commerce businesses, and that the site is ready to host data centers in line with the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure goals.
Agility Logistics Parks already operates large developments in Riyadh and Dammam and is investing an additional SAR 250 million in Riyadh to add 100,000 square meters of Grade-A warehousing, according to the company. The company stated that its investments are intended to drive economic growth, generate jobs, and help develop Saudi talent in the logistics sector.
