Emirates Stallions Group (ESG) has secured a 16-year usufruct agreement for 13,000 square metres of warehouse space in Saudi Arabia, according to the company. This deal, made through ESG’s subsidiary Vision Furniture & Decoration Factory, includes two facilities measuring 7,448 and 5,991 square metres.
The agreement was signed with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON). The warehouses are set to become operational by the third quarter of 2025 and will function as a strategic logistics hub, supporting ESG’s production operations in Abu Dhabi and facilitating the flow of materials and products between the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, Chairman of ESG, described the agreement as a significant step in strengthening the group’s presence in Saudi Arabia and enhancing its ability to deliver high-quality, in-house solutions for clients.
This expansion is expected to improve ESG’s regional supply chain, reduce delivery times, and boost responsiveness to rising demand in the Kingdom. The move also supports Saudi Arabia’s efforts to localise manufacturing and develop its industrial sector, positioning ESG as a key player in luxury interior design and turnkey project delivery.
Kayed Ali Kharma, CEO of ESG, emphasized that the new facilities will help the company better serve clients and meet increasing demand for interior design and manufacturing services in the region.
