Dr Abdullah Alabdulkarim, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Logistics Academy, will serve as a jury member for the first Logistics Saudi Awards, scheduled at voco Riyadh on May 21, 2025. According to event organizers, nominations are now open in 26 categories spanning the entire logistics industry, with submissions closing at midnight on April 17.
Appointed by the Academy’s Board of Directors, Dr Abdullah Alabdulkarim leads efforts to establish a top-tier logistics and supply chain training center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University, specializing in simulation for various sectors including maintenance and healthcare.
Dr Abdullah Alabdulkarim brings extensive experience in strategic planning, business process management, and innovation. His career spans roles in education, aviation, and financial regulation, and he currently serves on several private and non-profit boards.
