The Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo has opened in Riyadh, spotlighting innovations and solutions for the logistics sector. Under the patronage of the Ministry of Transport and Logistic Services, the event is being held at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center and features over 3,500 products and services aimed at enhancing supply chain operations.
His Excellency Dr. Rumaih Bin Mohammed Al-Rumaih, Vice Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, led the official inauguration. Key government bodies such as Saudi Arabia Railways, the Roads General Authority, General Authority of Civil Aviation, Saudi Post SPL, Transport General Authority, and Saudi Ports Authority are participating to demonstrate the Kingdom’s commitment to logistics development.
With more than 400 exhibitors from 25 countries, the expo includes leading names such as Swisslog, El-Ajou, SAL Logistics, and Savoye. The Commercial Vehicles Zone highlights Saudi Arabia’s commercial vehicle sector, valued at $6.7 billion according to the U.S.-Saudi Business Council, and features major brands like Toyota, Abdul Latif Jameel Motors, Bin-Shihon, and Petromin – Foton.
The event also hosts the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Summit, an invite-only gathering focused on topics such as artificial intelligence, infrastructure transformation, ESG, and workforce development, all in line with Vision 2030. Over 40 industry leaders are set to share insights on the sector’s future.
Interactive features like Hala Chats offer case studies and panel discussions, while the Demo Hub, sponsored by SADR Logistics Services, showcases live automation technology for high-speed pallet and container handling. Visitors can also participate in the Pack n Stack Challenge, testing their logistics skills for daily prizes.
