In Riyadh, His Excellency Bandar Alkhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, met with His Excellency Tengku Datuk, Malaysia’s Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry, to discuss deepening economic ties and industrial cooperation.
The two ministers examined ways to boost joint investments, highlighting incentives and support available to investors and emphasizing high-value opportunities within the Kingdom, according to Saudi Gazette.
Their conversation also addressed Saudi Vision 2030’s aim to diversify the economy, and reviewed the National Industrial Strategy’s role in enhancing local manufacturing, increasing domestic content, and developing key sectors.
The meeting underscored Saudi Arabia’s strategic advantages, such as its location at the crossroads of three continents, rich natural resources, efficient government processes, competitive energy costs, and modern infrastructure, all of which make it a prime destination for global investment.
