The Heavy Equipment Connect Forum & Expo (HEC 2026) will be held at the Dhahran International Exhibitions Centre (DIEC) in Dammam, bringing together leaders from government, industry, and investment to advance Saudi Arabia’s heavy-equipment and machinery sector in line with Vision 2030. The event takes place under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, according to the organizers.

HEC 2026 is positioned as a key platform supporting the Kingdom’s industrial ambitions, with a focus on strengthening national manufacturing capabilities, boosting localisation, and attracting international capital into machinery and equipment. By aligning policy, innovation, and investment, it aims to accelerate the development of Saudi-made equipment, components, and technologies that can compete globally.

Hosted by the National Industrial Development Center (NIDC) and co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources (MIM), the forum will feature two days of high-level discussions. Senior government officials, original equipment manufacturers, and private-sector executives will address topics such as investment opportunities, government support programs, major capital projects, supply chain growth, human capital development, sector innovation, and the expanding rental and leasing market.

Exhibition and Market Opportunities

Alongside the conference, the exhibition will showcase the latest construction, lifting, and power equipment. More than 100 global and regional exhibitors are expected, with extensive outdoor and indoor display areas and a dedicated live demonstration zone, according to the organizers.

HEC 2026 offers direct access to decision-makers shaping the future of machinery and equipment in Saudi Arabia. Participants will be able to explore upcoming giga-projects, identify localisation and investment opportunities, and build partnerships with government bodies, contractors, rental firms, and manufacturers from across the region.

As the Kingdom’s only specialized event for heavy equipment and construction machinery, the Heavy Equipment Connect Forum & Expo is designed to support Saudi Arabia’s strategic industrial agenda while connecting international expertise with national opportunities. For further details and registration, interested parties can contact the organizing teams by phone or email through the official channels provided for the event.
