Kyndryl and Auj have formed a strategic partnership to speed up digital transformation across Saudi Arabia’s aviation sector, unveiled at the World Aviation Festival in Lisbon.
Saudi aviation is expanding rapidly under Vision 2030. The industry contributed $53 billion (≈ SAR 198.8 billion) to the economy in 2023 and is targeting 330 million passengers annually by 2030, according to the General Authority of Civil Aviation’s State of Aviation report.
The collaboration pairs Kyndryl’s capabilities in IT consulting, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, machine learning, and managed services with Auj’s expertise in airport strategy, operating models, and regulatory engagement. The goal is to help airlines, airports, and regulators adopt modern technologies and operating models that enhance efficiency, resilience, and innovation.
Both companies aim to deliver more personalized passenger experiences and build future-ready operations aligned with the Kingdom’s growth and sustainability priorities. The partnership is positioned to support smarter operations and stronger sector-wide resilience.
