Saudi companies are moving quickly from AI pilots to scale. A YouGov survey commissioned by SAP reports that 81% of Saudi enterprises already deploy industry-specific AI solutions, reflecting momentum in the Kingdom’s digital transformation.
Data foundations are a top priority. According to the YouGov survey commissioned by SAP, 96% of organisations plan to invest in data quality and consolidation over the next year to enable scalable AI. Firms cited customer satisfaction (52%) and revenue growth (47%) as primary success metrics, with 51% expecting measurable returns within two years.
SAP executives said AI is being embedded across functions like manufacturing and finance, aligning with national transformation goals. The findings were presented at the SAP NOW AI Tour in Riyadh, which brought together business leaders, policymakers, and technologists.
New SAP offerings showcased at the event included agentic AI for autonomous decision-making and the SAP Business Data Cloud developed with Databricks. Case studies from Almosafer and Red Sea Global illustrated practical gains, from improved travel experiences to stronger employee engagement.
