The Saudi Food Show, the Kingdom’s premier food and beverage sourcing platform, is set to return for its third edition from 12 to 14 May 2025 at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and Conference Centre. The event is held under the esteemed patronage of His Excellency Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, with the distinguished participation of the CEO of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).
This year’s show, organized by KAOUN International and dmg events in strategic partnership with MODON, will span six halls, reflecting the rapid growth of Saudi Arabia’s food sector and its alignment with Vision 2030. The event will welcome an expanded roster of international exhibitors and experts, facilitating major business deals and reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s role as a global hub for food innovation and trade, according to event organizers.
A key highlight will be a high-level ministerial panel session, where senior policymakers will discuss the transformation of the Kingdom’s food industry and its significant contribution to economic diversification and the National Investment Strategy. The summit will feature thought-leadership sessions, keynote speeches, and panel discussions exploring topics such as foreign investment opportunities, sustainability trends, and bridging gaps between investors and operators in the food sector.
Eng. Ali Alomeir, Executive Vice President for Strategy and Corporate Excellence and Official Spokesperson for MODON, emphasized the importance of the partnership with the Saudi Food Show in supporting the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving food and beverage industry. He highlighted MODON’s ongoing efforts to develop 39 industrial cities that enhance the entire food supply chain, offering advanced infrastructure and services to both local and international investors.
This edition will see participation from over 1,300 leading global brands, including Almarai, Nestlé, NADEC, and Savola. New country representations such as Spain, Morocco, Canada, and Vietnam will further broaden the event’s international scope. Industry leaders like Abdullah Albader, CEO of Almarai, and Robert Helou, CEO of Nestlé Central Arabia, will share insights on innovation and the future of food in the Kingdom.
Attendees can also engage in practical workshops covering topics like retail success stories and marketing strategies for start-ups. The popular Top Table Saudi feature will return, showcasing culinary masterclasses by renowned chefs including Michelin-starred Fayçal Bettioui, former Top Chef Middle East winner Ali Ghzawi, and TV chef Deema Hajjawi.
