Saudi Arabia has launched a high-level industrial mission to Germany, led by His Excellency Bandar Alkhorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, to participate in K Show 2025 in Düsseldorf. The visit targets deeper industrial cooperation, technology transfer, and quality investment aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, according to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
His Excellency Bandar Alkhorayef will inaugurate the Saudi pavilion, showcasing the Kingdom’s industrial progress and investment openings in priority sectors such as chemical conversion, advanced manufacturing, and other strategic industries. The pavilion also highlights investor enablers available in Saudi Arabia, the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources stated.
During the visit, His Excellency Bandar Alkhorayef will tour leading Saudi and international exhibitors, including SABIC and TASNEE, and German companies such as AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH, to review the latest technologies and global manufacturing best practices.
He will co-chair a high-level roundtable with the CEO of Messe Düsseldorf, bringing together senior executives from major global industrial firms to discuss opportunities in the Saudi market and the Kingdom’s competitive advantages as an investment destination, according to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
Saudi-German economic ties remain strong: non-oil trade reached SAR 39.07 billion in 2024, and German investments in the Kingdom exceeded SAR 14.62 billion, according to the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources.
The visit and participation in K Show 2025 are intended to strengthen international partnerships, accelerate knowledge and technology transfer, attract high-quality investments, and reinforce Saudi Arabia’s position as a leading global industrial hub.
