The Saudi Food Manufacturing 2025 exhibition, inaugurated by His Excellency Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef and Deputy Minister H.E. Eng. Khalil bin Ibrahim Salamah, is underway at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Centre. This event, supported by MODON, aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position in the global food and beverage (F&B) industry.
The exhibition, featuring over 550 international participants, showcases cutting-edge F&B manufacturing technologies and innovations. Keynote speaker Abdulrahman A. Al-Romaizan emphasized MODON’s role in shaping the sector’s future, while Prof. Henrik von Scheel discussed transformative trends expected to position Saudi Arabia as a central hub in the Gulf region’s food trade by 2030.
Swiss Ambassador Yasmine Chatila Zwahlen highlighted Saudi Arabia’s growing influence in food manufacturing and security. Ali Abdulla Kanoo from Kanoo Machinery stressed the event’s importance in advancing the F&B sector.
The SaudiFood Manufacturing Awards recognized innovations across six categories, with winners like Brenntag for sustainability and UCIC for eco-friendly packaging. The event, open daily from 2pm to 10pm, offers free entry for trade professionals.
